🤖 Android caller app

1. When asked, allow Install from unknown sources for your browser.
2. Open the downloaded file and tap Install (updates install over the old app).
3. Open ConnectNow and log in. Server address: https://connectnowcrm.com (already filled in).

🍎 iPhone (callers and admins)

1. Open Safari (not Chrome) and go to https://connectnowcrm.com
2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow ↑) at the bottom.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
4. Open ConnectNow from your home screen and log in.

iPhone limits: Apple doesn't let apps read the call log, so calls are not synced automatically. After each call, use the timer (or type the duration) and pick the outcome.

📱 Caller guide

1. Log in with the username and password your manager gave you.
2. Your next lead shows up. Tap 📞 Call.
3. Got a new number? Tap ➕ Add lead, type name and phone (or pick a contact), then Save & Call.
4. After the call, pick the outcome (Connected, Interested, Call back…), add notes, and tap Save & next lead.
5. Tap 💬 WhatsApp to send the chosen template. If it has an image, your phone asks where to share — pick WhatsApp and the lead's chat (the message is copied too). 💬 Open chat goes straight to the lead's chat with the message and image link. Make your own templates under 💬 My templates.
6. Forgot password? Tap it on the login page and enter your username. Your admin gives you a temporary password, and you set a new one at your next login.
