Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new institute gets 14 days free with up to 5 users and Growth features. No card is needed to start.
What alerts does my team get?
Push notifications on Android, iPhone and web: a reminder 15 minutes before each callback, an alert when one is 1 hour overdue, a 9 AM message with the day's target, follow-ups and walk-ins, the 8 AM morning report for managers, and your own announcements with {name} and images. Each person can switch reminders on or off.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file and assign leads to callers or branches. Enterprise plans include help with the import.
How do I pay?
Online through Razorpay with cards, UPI or netbanking. Annual and monthly cycles are available on Starter and Growth.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. See the Refund policy for how refunds on annual plans work.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in: callers, counsellors, team leaders and managers. Starter and Growth have a minimum of 3 users.
What does Enterprise include?
Unlimited branches, up to 15 users per branch, designation-wise comparison and priority onboarding, billed annually per branch.
