Refund & cancellation policy

1. Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial.

2. Monthly plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid month. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.

3. Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the first payment, we refund the full amount. After that, annual fees are non-refundable, but your plan stays active until the end of the paid term.

4. Billing errors

If you were charged in error or twice, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect amount.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. GST is refunded or adjusted as permitted by law.
