How ConnectNow keeps each institute's student and parent data safe.

Each organisation's data lives in its own separate database file. Your leads can never appear in another institute's account.

The organisation for each request is chosen on the server from the session, never from anything the browser sends.

Callers see their own leads; branch heads see their branch; regional heads see only their branches.

All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS) with automatically renewed certificates.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes; temporary passwords must be changed at first sign-in.

Data is backed up before every release.

Servers run in AWS's Mumbai (ap-south-1) region.

Privacy terms written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

Platform-level actions such as sign-ups and plan changes are logged.
