Terms of service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ConnectNow you agree to these terms on behalf of your institute. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ConnectNow provides a hosted admissions CRM, web dashboard, Android app and iPhone home-screen app. Features depend on your plan, as described on the pricing page.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your users, for keeping passwords secure and for all activity in your account. Users must be at least 18 years old.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use ConnectNow to send unsolicited messages in breach of TRAI regulations (including the DND/NCPR rules), WhatsApp's policies or any law; to upload data you have no right to process; or to attempt to access other customers' data.
5. Your data
You own the data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
6. Trials, fees and taxes
Trials last 14 days. Paid plans are billed in advance in INR through Razorpay, monthly or annually, plus applicable GST. Prices may change with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
7. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms. After an account closes, data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be kept short.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [City — to be confirmed] have exclusive jurisdiction.
